Terms of Service
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the PrintAgent platform of Tegra Systems B.V., Bedrijvenweg 3, 1619 BK Andijk, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 37105418). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Version 1.0 - October 2026
1. Definitions and applicability
In these terms, PrintAgent means the cloud platform for designing, managing and printing labels, including the PrintAgent Node and agent software. Customer means the legal entity or business using an account. Deviating agreements apply only if both parties have agreed to them in writing.
2. The service
PrintAgent enables the Customer to design labels, manage data and send print jobs to label printers from the cloud. Communication with the printer runs via ZPL (Zebra Programming Language); no printer driver is required. The PrintAgent Node or agent on the Customer's network receives the jobs and sends them to the printer on port 9100.
3. Access and right of use
Tegra Systems grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its own business purposes during the term of the agreement. The Customer may not misuse, reverse-engineer or disproportionately load the service, or make it available to third parties without permission.
4. Term and renewal
The agreement is entered into as an annual subscription and starts upon activation. The agreement is automatically renewed for one year at a time, unless the Customer cancels at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are invoiced annually in advance and exclude VAT (currently 21%). Invoices must be paid within 14 days. In case of late payment, Tegra Systems may suspend access to the service; the Customer remains liable for the amount due.
6. Customer obligations
The Customer ensures correct and up-to-date company details, a working internet connection and a reachable label printer (fixed IP address, port 9100). Login credentials remain personal and the Customer reports (suspected) misuse to Tegra Systems immediately.
7. Data and privacy
The Customer is the controller of the data it processes in the platform; Tegra Systems acts as processor. Processing takes place in accordance with the privacy statement and the GDPR. On request, the parties enter into a data processing agreement (DPA). Data is deleted or exported according to the agreed retention period.
8. Availability and support
Tegra Systems makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and outages may cause temporary limitations. Support is provided by e-mail via info@tegrasystems.nl; specific SLA commitments apply only if agreed in writing.
9. Liability
The liability of Tegra Systems is limited to the amount the Customer paid in subscription fees in the twelve months preceding the damage. Tegra Systems is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.
10. Cancellation and termination
Cancellation takes place by e-mail via info@tegrasystems.nl. After termination, access to the service ends and data is deleted or exported according to the retention period. Outstanding invoices remain due.
11. Changes to the terms
Tegra Systems may change these terms. Changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect. If the Customer uses the service after that date, the amended version applies; the Customer may object and cancel the agreement.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court of the District Court of Noord-Holland, location Alkmaar. Questions? Email info@tegrasystems.nl.
