Frequently asked questions
How does the per-printer price work?
You pay a €10 base fee plus a falling rate per printer: the first 5 printers cost €10 each, then €8, €7, €6 and from 21 printers €5 per printer. The more printers, the lower the average price.
Is there a free plan?
Without printers you pay nothing. Adding your first printer starts a yearly term of €240 (€20 per month). A free 30-day trial is available on request.
How are API calls counted?
Only calls to non-printing endpoints count. You can set a monthly limit per business; it is only measured, never enforced. Printing through the API is never counted twice.
Can I add or remove printers?
Yes. Adding printers is invoiced immediately pro rata for the remaining months of your yearly term. Removing printers lowers your price from the next yearly invoice.
How does billing work?
Yearly in advance: 12 x the monthly price. We remind you well before renewal so you can adjust the number of printers in time.
